This committee of volunteers works to provide parishioners opportunities to show God our gratefulness for all that we have received from Him. These opportunities include prayer, spiritual development, ministry involvement and parish participation through education on the spirituality of stewardship time, talent and treasure.
The goal of this committee is to help the parish praise God. As an assembly gathered for the Celebration of the Liturgy and other liturgical prayer, we use structure to help us worship. The liturgy committee evaluates the structure in light of the Church’s documents on Liturgy as well as the needs of the various ages and styles of worship represented in the parish. Based on these standards it plans liturgies and recommends changes for more effective worship. Liturgy Committee members are appointed by the Pastor.
